And then there is this NYT OPED.... "Everyone in Trumpworld Knows He's an Idiot". This isn't surprising when Trump still hasn't been able to purchase a clue with part of his billions to know that he has been played a fool as Putin's puppet... who have been recently accusing the US of interfering in Russian elections (which the Trump administration can no longer retort the opposite of given his refusal to admonish Russia for interfering with one of America's important pillars of democracy which is its own elections because he considers it "fake news"; something which the special council will one day make clearer what sort of entanglements if any, existed between Russia and Trump). Trump does keeps getting played left and right without knowing it though....
Now the rest of the world knows just how bad it is with this "Whiner in Chief". The POTUS reaction to this book isn't the best part of this though. Anyone with half a clue knows what a self-aggrandizing, narcissistic, hyperbolic, megalomaniac Trump is and that his off the rails tweets have zero credibility except to those he is pandering to.
The best reaction to this book is his administration's courtesy of White House Press Secretary Sarah Sanders saying this is tabloid quality trash when that is exactly how this White House and the POTUS acts (which is an embarrassment and undignified way to conduct themselves). Hypocrisy much?
They must also think the vast majority of people are stupid with such weak retorts (via the "let us try to deflect and detract the people" style tactics they use) when the author had this "fly on the wall" access to the point where he almost became like part of the furniture there (given the early chaotic state of the White House).
It's not only the White House staff that see's Trump as a child (a petulant one to boot who needs that silver spoon stuck back in his mouth again to shut him the hell up). It's also how his non-base supporters in the US and most of the rest of the world already saw him (most of my friends who live in other countries view him that way) given how he conducts himself. His supporters may like this WYSIWYG approach to the presidency but it is unbecoming when viewed on the world stage.
It's been clear the person occupying the White House is unqualified and unfit to serve as the President of the United States. This book is meant to just add confirmation by providing even more details via that "fly on the wall" access from a host of individuals (some of whom have already confirmed they were quoted correctly) as to how this ship, has no captain (or how the emperor has no clothes).
Would this narcissist with a fragile ego like to nuke North Korea and its leader Kim Jung-un out of existence just to prove who is bigger and better? Of course he would. He treats the office like it is a playground for his own entertainment and amusement. And that is what makes him dangerous (even though there are very specific procedures and protocols to actually launch any sort of preemptive strike).
Obviously not everything in this book was 100% fact check and there are already some things that have been also proven to not be accurate. So it's not surprising the supporters including tools like Sean Hannity are pushing that fact as an attempt to discredit the entire book. There's a lot of us out there who are independent thinkers (which is why I do not subscribe to any party where I make it clear that I am non-partisan). So I'm waiting for multiple sources of fact checkers to vet things (as well as what also must be mounds of actual audio recordings which Wolff says he has). The audiobook version of this is probably going to be much better (hopefully there will be an abridged version with actual audio snippets of Trump going off the rails).
I hate delving into politics like this period but there's a time to make a stand; American's need to get this unfit individual out of office. He is doing more damage to not just the Office of the President but also to America's standing in the rest of the world.
